 Marketing Dynamics was founded by, Marketing Strategist/StealthMarketer/Marketing Evangelist, Andy Valadez, President and CEO. Mr. Valadez has been interviewed on the hit radio show “The BusinessMakers”, quoted in the Houston Business Journal, featured in The Houston Chronicle for his work with Open Door Mission, on-air with Michael Garfield “The High-tech Texan®”, and the Marketing Advisor to the “Houston Business Show” radio program with show-host Kevin Price. He has written numerous columns and blogs, created podcasts, and developed YouTube videos on Marketing. He is currently an accredited GKR Karate Instructor, Open Door Mission mentor, and trusted advisor to a close group of influential media friends and networkers (nationally and locally).
The goal of his organization is to help clients to tap into the value of Strategic Marketing and how real Marketing can transform an organization, inside and out. Mr. Valadez graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing emphasizing Public Relations and Promotion Strategy and received an Applied Business Certificate from Tulane University in New Orleans. He also spent an Active Duty tour in the U.S. Marine Corps (1988 to 1992), where he learned to appreciate the importance of communication, teamwork, training, and execution of strategic objectives.  Mr. Dowdell is a man on the move garnering a host of accomplishments in his fast paced career. He has built up a network of leading-edge medical doctor clientele in his 20 years of service as sales consultant to the medical community. He has served as a marketing representative in the Medical Device industry and working for Fortune 500 companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Medtronic where he earned several awards of distinction for his numerous sales accomplishments. Mr. Dowdell is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, with a BBA in Marketing. He has also invested in real estate for the last 20 years and is a licensed Real Estate Agent and also has experience in the Insurance and Securities markets, having once been licensed with a Series 6 and 63. Mr. Dowdell was recently a featured panelist on “Movers and Shakers” segment of the “Houston’s Manufacturer’s” television show discussing a new company venture called, “Houston’s Neighborhoods”. Mr. Dowdell also is involved in community based organizations such as Rotary International, where he is past president and Habitat for Humanity. He is also very active in his church St. Johns Downtown (www.StJohnsDowntown.org) which is an outreach church that serves over 7,000 meals per month to the homeless and disenfranchised. Mr. Dowdell also serves a leadership role, serving as a coordinator of a ministry at St. Johns.
